Well my mta stopped working, and when i went into mta diag, somehow, text/american.gxt file is missing, can someone upload it for me please? Also, is there any reason why this file was automatically deleted and how? (I havent touched my gta for months).

Hello people of gta fourms, i have bought gta 4 on steam and is currently trying to mod it. Having disabled live and installed a trainer, i thought i give car mods a go. However i don't have \common\text\american.gxt
my friend brought me this game when he came back from Russia as a favor (it was cheaper there, here i got a sh*tload of taxes for everything), but the problem is that its all Russian now and there's no way to change to it to English unless i get the "american.gxt" file.
